1. Introduction

2. Ordering Information

Advance Payment: A 30% advance payment of the total order amount is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid upon delivery.
Order Preparation Time: Orders will be prepared within 3-4 days after receiving the advance payment.
Delivery: We offer delivery services across India. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Customization: We provide complete customization of plastic table rolls as per customer specifications.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other payment methods as agreed upon.
The advance payment of 30% is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery Terms

We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Any delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

6. Customization

Customization requests should be detailed and specified at the time of order placement.
Any additional charges for customization will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed period will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Liability

AFSHAN TRADERS is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transport issues.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the delivery process.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
